She is well-versed in all aspects of event project management, venue sourcing and site selection, hospitality/supplier contract negotiation, budget creation and management, group air/ground travel, food and beverage, A/V budgeting and requirements, room block and attrition management, bill reconciliation, and event registration applications.Event organisation requires time, experience, dedication, good communication and creativity. Rebecca has over five years of direct hotel and restaurant administration experience working for such businesses as Boston Harbor Hotel, Harvard Club of Boston, and Marriott Copley Place. Prior to that, she was a Senior Event Planner for MFS Investment Management, where she was responsible for the design and execution of domestic and international client training conferences, road shows, field marketing regional meetings, round tables, special events, and internal meetings.
A certified meeting planner, she brings over 20 years of event planning and event execution experience to Aite-Novarica.įor the past 10 years, Rebecca has been self-employed and has supported such clients as IDC Research, Novartis, GE, LPL Financial, EMC, Red Hat, and Pure Storage.
