On the first page of the Import and Export Wizard, click Export to a file, and then click Next. Export contacts from Outlook In Outlook, click File > Options > Advanced. It is best used for maintaining them both in one location. Export your contacts from Outlook and use them in Google Gmail new. As noted in the comments, this is not a true sync. (Google Calendar tells Outlook how often to check for updates. But, there is a native method in Windows 10 (and likely other Windows platforms, such as their mobile ones) for accomplishing this: use the People app. If you keep Outlook open, it also periodically checks for and downloads updates. When you start Outlook, it checks Google Calendar for updates and downloads any changes. In the Folder Name box, type the name of the calendar as you want it to appear in Outlook, and then click OK.
